All PaleoPress products must be displayed and sold in and with their original packaging. Modifications to the packaging for the sake of retailing (such as adding hang hooks, packaging sleeves, price stickers, etc) are permitted.
Some products have very different lead times than others, which our catalog details. Orders are typically ship out within 2 - 4 weeks from our location in Portland, Oregon. Tracking information will be sent at the time of shipment. We can also schedule a product drop-off if you are local to the Portland area.
Items damaged during shipping may be exchanged for other products or credited for future orders. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt with photos of the issues.
Packages that are returned due to incorrect shipping address or refusal by addressee will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred.

We are capable of creating Custom/Exclusive Designs for you!
Pricing will vary depending on exclusivity; do you want to be the sole location to carry this Custom Design?
We are an Artist Brand and retain the right to refuse any work if we do not feel that it would fit the PaleoPress. All Custom work begins with a one-on-one consultation to assess and collaborate a design, as well as discuss terms.
